Pass It On

The last step: when you've been helped, you help. How sharing what you learned cements it — and lifts someone else.

There's one more step, and it's my favorite: pass it on. Everything you've learned in this course gets stronger the moment you share it — teaching cements learning, and lifting someone else lifts you right along with them.

Think of one person — just one — who's standing where you stood at the start of Module 1. The pile, the swirl, the stuckness. Now think of one lesson from this course that would help them most. Maybe it's the permission slip. Maybe it's the two-minute start. Maybe it's just the question: what can you do here in the now?

Share it with them. A text, a call, a coffee. You don't need to be an expert — you just need to be one step ahead, with a hand reaching back. That's how it spreads: not through billboards, but through one person telling another, “this helped me — it might help you too.”
