Module 8 · Lesson 2 of 5

Your Personal Playbook

Distilling everything you learned into your own short set of rules — the principles you'll carry forward.

You've collected eight modules of tools. Now let's boil them down to yours — a short set of rules in your own words, the principles you'll carry when the course is done and it's just you and life again.

Write five “I” statements. Not wishes — identities. “I am someone who keeps promises to herself.” “I am someone who asks for what she deserves.” “I am someone who takes the now-step.” “I am someone who rests without guilt.” “I am someone who is still here.” Borrow mine or write your own — but make them true, and make them yours.

Put them somewhere you'll see them: the fridge next to the permission slip, the bathroom mirror, the first page of your journal. On the hard days — and there will be hard days — these five sentences are your compass. You wrote them on a strong day. Trust the person who wrote them. She's you.

Your Now-Step

Write five “I” statements: “I am someone who...” (keeps promises to herself, asks for what she deserves, takes the now-step...). Put them somewhere you'll see them.

A moment to reflect

A year from now, looking back — what will you be glad you started today?

Private — these notes never leave your device.

“Keep going.”
